About Appeals Desk

We publish accurate, operator-specific guidance on appealing UK private parking charges.

The reason this site exists: nearly every guide online tells drivers to appeal to POPLA. For roughly half of all UK operators that is simply wrong — International Parking Community members are handled by the Independent Appeals Service. A misdirected appeal wastes the one free chance a driver gets.

So we compiled all 216 operators from the publicly published member lists of both trade associations and mapped each one to its correct appeals body. Every operator page states that route plainly.

Appeals Desk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any parking operator, trade association, POPLA, the IAS, or any government body. We have no commercial relationship with any operator named on this site. Operator names appear for identification only.

What we sell

Guidance on this site is free. We also offer a paid tool that turns your answers into a ready-to-send appeal letter. Using it is entirely optional — everything you need to appeal yourself is published here for free.
