We publish accurate, operator-specific guidance on appealing UK private parking charges.
Who we are. Axion Labs is a small, family-run independent publishing studio. We publish plain-English answers built from public records: GOV.UK and HMRC guidance on Making Tax Digital, the CFPB consumer complaint database, US federal health-insurance claim data, New York City parking-ticket records, and UK parking operator and appeal-body decisions. Every figure names its source and the date we read it. We are not lawyers, not an agency, and not affiliated with any company, insurer, council or government body we write about. The reason this site exists: POPLA is the body drivers are usually pointed to. For 110 of the 217 UK operators on this site that is simply wrong — International Parking Community members are handled by the Independent Appeals Service. A misdirected appeal wastes the one free chance a driver gets.
So we compiled all 217 operators from the publicly published member lists of the British Parking Association and the International Parking Community, and mapped each one to its correct appeals body. Every operator page states that route plainly.

Appeals Desk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any parking operator, trade association, POPLA, the IAS, or any government body. We have no commercial relationship with any operator named on this site. Operator names appear for identification only.
What we sell
Guidance on this site is free, and so is the parking appeal letter. The builder turns your answers into a ready-to-send letter at no charge, on screen and as a download, with no account and no email address. Our refund promise
14 days, no questions asked. If you buy a builder and it is not what you wanted — for any reason, or no reason — email hello@getaxionlabs.com within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back. You do not have to explain yourself, prove a fault, or argue with anyone. This is a promise we make on top of your legal rights, not instead of them.

Appeals Desk is run by Andrew at Axion Labs — a one-person independent publishing studio, not a call centre and not a law firm. If you email hello@getaxionlabs.com, Andrew is who reads it and who replies. Corrections are welcome, and the change is date-stamped on the page when it is made.
